I am a graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland and a pre-accredited member of the Association of Professionals Counsellors and Psychotherapists (APCP). I offer Counselling, Psychotherapy and Psychological services. My approach is predominantly person-centered whilst integrating other therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic, biopsychosocial and humanistic. Every session is individualised and tailored towards the needs of each client using one or more of the above forms of psychological therapy.
I have experience in many areas including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ocd, trauma, abuse, couple's therapy. I work with adults, teenagers and children.
I use an integrated psychotherapeutic approach to therapy which is developed around each individuals needs. My approach is person-centered incorporating cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy and psychoanalysis. I encorporate many practical tools that each individual can take with them and use for many years after leaving therapy.
I have a B.A. Sociology and Psychology (1:1, Level 8), Higher Diploma in Applied Psychology (2:1, Level 8), Completing a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy (Level 9).
