Experience

Psychotherapy for 3 years

I trained to become a psychotherapist because I wanted to explore what causes us to live in very small stories about ourselves. During my training I became very interested relationships - in fact I even wrote a book: "Honouring Your True Self". I have worked for a number of years now with clients who want to live a more fulfilling life - in their relationships and fulfilling their dreams. As my practice developed I discovered a need from my clients to work with the relationship with food. As a result I have undertaken a diploma in Nutrition. My strengths as a Psychotherapist include developing an attuned relationship with my clients. I am very non-judgmental and the unconditional positive regard I have for my clients conveys permission to them to be bring their humanity. I feel honoured to share and be trusted with my clients’ experiences.
