Shane has helped me to change my life absolutely for the better. He has a very intuitive sense of what areas to work on and when. I could not recommend Shane highly enough as my quality of life is so great these days. Psychotherapy is the way to go as it gets to the core of your issues and builds you back up to the individual you want to be, living the life you only dreamt of beforehand. Thanks so much Shane 🙏

It's true the right councillor makes all the difference I knew straight away when I met Shane he was kind and understanding. I cannot recommend Shane highly enough with his help through session and the tools he has given me iam much stronger now. I owe him so much 5stars from me
