Approach

Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be a daunting and uncomfortable experience. However, reading this page shows your determination to take that first pivotal step towards gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and healing. As your therapist, I will embrace a non-judgmental, reflective approach driven by careful listening, curiosity, warmth and empathy. This approach will enable us to engage in a deep exploration of your experiences and feelings, ways of relating to others as well as the underlying meaning of recurring choices and patterns that may be getting in the way of living a more fulfilling life. We will work together at your own pace and in a relational way, where our therapeutic relationship, built on trust and confidentiality, will be instrumental in deepening your self-awareness, enhancing your emotional intelligence and facilitating the healing of past emotional trauma.
